Senior pictures.

On Sunday I took senior pictures. The lady was pretty nice. Her name was Julie. I just got them back and they look pretty freakin' sweet. They're on my myspace.com page. Take a gander.

Snow?

I like snow. Snow is cold. Snow takes the worries of school away from my mind. The only reason that I would want to go to school during next week is so I can see Mr. Williams and fuel his day with holiday cheer. I have no other purpose in this world.

Finally.

My band has been recording some demos for our new songs with our friend Dan McCall. I recorded the drums a long time ago. Last night we finally finished recording the guitars for one of the songs, so things are coming together. I'll try to post a link to it on here. We'll see.

Why I skipped yesterday.

Last week I was fairly sick. I woke up hating life every morning. I took a nap in Mrs. Voght's office every day during lunch. It was a miserable existence. This weekend, I just hung out and didn't really do much. So I woke up on monday and decided, "Hey. I don't feel like standing up today." So I didn't.

Awesome, right?

I went to the doctor. He had pinstriped pants and a shirt from the 70s. He was a nice guy. I have a virus. I need to take some sudafed.

Stuff the bus?

This week, the school has been collecting cans for charity. What has been their motivation? Washougal is also collecting cans. Whoever can put more Canned stuff in their bus wins. It's supposed to be televised and crap. Z100 will also be there. (That's a popular radio station, for those who aren't hip and with it.)

The majority of the student body is scared of being beaten out by washougal. "Because they're dirty dogs" says Stephanie Kristen Heil of Camas High School.

Anywho, it's a well-known fact that we don't know the first thing about canned food. We spent money on t-shirts to promote the contest rather than using that money for the contest itself. That's just a taste of how stupid the student body really is.

It's a given that the Washougal students will load their pickups up with canned cream corn that they use their food stamps to acquire. Good for them. I don't see us winning. Our priorities are in the wrong place. And frankly, I couldn't care less. Z100 will be able to broadcast our stupidity and I'm thrilled.

Edit: Okay, so we won stuff the bus. The cans will go to washougal anyway. Big deal. Eat it.

Bleature Creeture

Today I took a gander at my friend Stephanie Kristen Heil's blog. She sits directly to my left. When I turn my head 1, 2, 3 times, she's always there. So is her computer screen. What did I see on her screen today?

"Bleature Creature".

I'm not really sure what to say about it. A senior in high school can't spell "bleacher"?

I think that speaks for itself.

I laughed at her ferociously. She wised up and asked me if it should be a "double-E". Really? Good for her. Good for her.
